Your order is shipped using a carrier that drforhair.com has selected from fulfilment center based in California, United States. We do not cover the shipping fee. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note that products are only eligible for return or exchange if they are unused. Return labels are not provided by Dr.FORHAIR US and must be covered by the customer.

Dr.FORHAIR US will NOT accept any returns for purchases made in/at other online/offline stores.
Dr.FORHAIR US does not accept returns on international orders or shipments.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Following confirmation, only those items specified in the original return request will be refunded. Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return.
