• We ship from California, U.S.A.
When will my order ship?
• Unless there is an unforeseen circumstance, most orders are shipped the next business day.
Where is my order?
• Once your order is processed, our systems will provide you with a tracking number via email.
How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
• Please allow 1-2 extra shipping days for these locations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I place a return or exchange?
• Step 1. Send an email to info@drforhair.us including your [Order Number, Name of Product, and Reason for Return] with one of the following as subject: “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE”. (In the case of an exchange, please include your preferred replacement choice in the email)
• Step 2. Using the original packaging, replace your previous shipping label with a new one (not provided) shipped to our address:

How long does it take to process a return?
